At Cibo e Vino we are dedicated to flavour through freshness. We offer a seasonal menu that we change nightly, so you will find that no two dining experiences have to be the same.
Before moving to Castle Hill, Head Chef Paul Toogood worked at The River Café, London and he brings that same approach to modern Italian food to Cibo e Vino. His emphasis is on flavour, not pretension. Quite naturally, he is fussy about his produce and makes many of his ingredients on site- handmade gnocchi, fresh orechiette, and even the nougat in his orange nougat ice-cream.
Coffee & Tea
Our devotion to freshness and quality extends to our coffees and teas. We source our coffee and loose leaf teas from local roaster and blender Pine Tea & Coffee. We use a SWISS WATER® Decaf to ensure that rich coffee taste without the caffeine and chemicals used in other decaffeinated coffees. Come in and try our hot chocolate, made with whole Belgian dark chocolate buttons.
Dining Room
We like to foster a relaxed atmosphere in our dining room with clean lines and a minimalist interior. Our seating capacity can cater for your private function for up to 45 people. We also have outdoor seating where you can enjoy your meal in the sun.
